We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Technician to join our After-Sales team, with the objective of ensuring the proper management of spare parts and materials, including the receipt and delivery of spare parts to customers, the workshop, and field service technicians.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts.
- Maintain stock traceability and inventory accuracy within the system.
- Manage transportation and shipping activities.
- Deliver orders to both internal and external customers.
- Manage warehouse documentation and administrative processes.
- Provide operational support to the Parts Department, the Workshop, and Field Service Technicians.
- Support other departments in the management of materials passing through the warehouse.
- Collaborate in internal logistics operations.
Competencies
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and other standard office applications).
- Forklift operator licence/certification.
- Experience in industrial warehouses, logistics, or the machinery and automotive sectors.
- Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Baan and/or SAP) will be considered an advantage.
