We are a leading high-tech electronic device repair services company, with French parent company, and a fast growing Spanish market. We pride ourselves on delivering quality solutions and exceptional service to our customers, and we are looking for a passionate Business Expansion Manager to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.

Tareas

What will you do with us?

  • To identify territorial expansion opportunities: To perform market analysis to identify strategic areas with high growth potential in Spain.
  • Identify territorial expansion opportunities: Conduct market analysis to identify strategic areas with high growth potential in Spain.
  • Develop growth strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement franchise expansion strategies.
  • Generate leads from potential franchisees: Execute lead generation tactics and participate in industry events to attract investors.
  • Lead the franchisee selection process: Guide candidates through the acquisition process, assessing their suitability and alignment with brand values.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiations with potential franchisees and collaborate with the legal team in drafting contracts.
  • Provide ongoing support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees in marketing, operations, financial management and business development.

Requisitos

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in sales, business development or franchise management, preferably in the service or retail sector in Spain.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and its regional characteristics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results orientation and proven ability to achieve and exceed growth objectives.
  • University degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant discipline.
