This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to propel their Buying career and experience working collaboratively with Buyers from around the world. You will have extensive training to understand all categories across the business and have full exposure to all key stakeholders. As a Buying Manager you’ll be helping to secure exciting products at the best price and you will be responsible for driving the Buying strategy to ensure the growth in both sales & profitability while maintaining a strategic business focus to ensure continued development in the buying department. As a Global Sourcing Buying Manager some of your duties will include:Build & maintain long lasting relationships with suppliersWorking coherently with the national BuyersNegotiate the best possible contracts & termsAnalyse sales figures to plan successful future lines with the buying teamConstant competitor and price analysisTendering SuppliersWorking cross functionally to ensure quality levels within productsLine management responsibilitiesKey requirements for the role:Fluent in English, German an advantageProven previous experience as Buyer / Buying Manager within a fast-moving retail environmentExperience in Branded BuyingEducated to degree levelManage workload with good levels of attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to liaise / influence effectively at all levelsIn return there will be a fantastic remuneration package rising annually, relocation package and VISA support if required.
