WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Self-starter with outstanding attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized, ability to stay on track, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven experience of collaborating with other teams to drive shared success
• Attention to detail and willingness to compare adjacent data sets to drive improvement
• Ability to centrally coordinate validation projects across diverse global teams
• Working knowledge of databases, SQL, Excel, and data theory
• Previous experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

• Prior business experience in the bike industry
• Project management and presentation skills
• Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira / Confluence)
