Build and manage a team of creatives/designers responsible for executing multiple design assignments like Branding projects, websites, landing pages, launch material, eMailers, Info-graphics, social media, offline material, etc.
Act as Brand Custodian, creating and managing brand guidelines, tone of voice and style guides with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with Product Designers to ensure a seamless on-brand customer experience across marketing channels and product
Oversees all production flow, including headcount, production costs, equipment, tools
Develop and maintain effective processes and workflows to ideate, source and scale production to meet volume targets while effectively managing costs
Inspires team creativity and innovation across offerings, solutions, and executions
Understand end-to-end and holistic customer experience:
web, e-commerce, social, advertising, digital experiences in retail and other physical touch points, balancing a vision to bring consistency while understanding best-in -class for each channel as well.
Accountable for day-to-day operations, ensuring strategies are met, costsare controlled, and maximum productivity is achieved
Define, implements and executes successful studio operations and workflow automation
Turn content and marketing campaigns into crisp & easy to understand executable forms that impact our business by improving user acquisition, click through and conversion rate and general efficiency
Ideation for new creative campaigns, inc. rough storyboarding, wireframing.
Being our brand guardian, having a strong point of view on branding, video, design, and creative approach across all mediums, reporting into the Brand Director, working closely with our Head of Content, Social Media Lead and Senior Marketing Strategist but as well with the Expansion Team and Brand Managers
Requirements 7+ Years of relevant experience, preferable International creative agency experience and/or fast-paced startup with multibrand portfolio
Possess a designer mindset - balancing strategy and design, always advocating for the end-user.
Experience with performance marketing and e-commerce
Understanding of various social and digital platforms and tools
Experience with creative storytelling
Experience leading and managing both in-house and/or external teams in creative strategy, execution and production
Experience presenting and communicating with all levels of both internal and external organizations
You have excellent language skills and speak English, other languages are a plus.
You are happy working with tight deadlines and can work flexibly when you believe in your work.
