"HP is looking for growth-minded Marketplaces on-site Search specialists to join our team of in-house Search experts. The PPC expert will plan, implement, and evaluate growth strategies for HP on Amazon Advertising / Amazon Seller Central. This role will effectively communicate the impact of Paid Search within the platforms to the business. In this role you will be supported with a Planning function that charts the way for your delivery towards Paid Search campaigns. This role provides the right candidate with an ability to make your mark on this very visible and important role to the business. You have a great chance of being a good fit if you are an autonomous and self-motivated digital marketer who thrives on data and analysis. We love working with specialists who blend smarts and ability to work seamlessly in a dynamic business. Prior experience within Amazon and other marketplaces PPC is essential. This role will be a part of Regional Paid Search Team that operates at the intersection of Digital Marketing, E-commerce and HP's category team. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in elevating Search coverage, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and, ultimately, market share for HP through the proactive and effective execution of product search engine advertising, and briefing Amazon Display teams for DSP onsite activations. Primary Function - What a Marketplaces On-Site Search and Display does at HP:We are looking for energy, teamwork, technical expertise, a willingness to educate and desire to elevate the performance not just of HP product, but our team. Your primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Amazon Advertising activity, working towards set performance targets and ensuring that campaign implementation is in line with best practices, driving ecommerce success for your client. Managing the day-to-day delivery of Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns includes but is not limited to strategy development, account setup, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, negative keyword governance, website and category exclusions, ad creative (including writing, managing translation processes, testing ad copy and ad extensions), and landing page revisions. - Manage paid search campaigns across multiple marketplaces and ensure program specific coverage and ROI goals are being met. - Daily monitoring and analysis of all Paid Search advertising campaigns on the platforms of Amazon and other Marketplaces. Generate detailed keyword research analysis for new & existing products using third-party tools. Manage bids throughout the entire campaign, monitor and update daily budgets.
