Role Description

As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter in Patrique Mercier Recruitment, you will play an integral role in our mission to bridge the gap between skilled professionals and thriving industries across Europe. Your primary tasks will include identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing the placement process. This is an entry-level position, and no previous experience is required. We offer a comprehensive 4-month training program in Athens to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge. After the training period, the position will be fully remote.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch
• Valid European Union passport
• Ability to relocate for 4-month training program in Athens
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
