Role Description

We are currently seeking a Swedish Speaking Recruiter to join our team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. This entry-level position requires no previous experience and involves a mandatory 4-month training period in Athens before transitioning to a fully remote role. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. You will be working across multiple sectors, including aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, and more.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish
• Valid European Union passport
• Ability to complete a 4-month training program in Athens
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with remote work
