Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team in the role of Retail Merchandising Specialist Position at P&G.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our in-store presence and driving sales growth of our brands.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute effective in-store strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
Build strong relationships with agencies and negotiate optimal and innovative materials of point of sales.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of in-store initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the execution in store.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or in-store marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Power Bi
Spanish as Native and English B2 or plus

Job Qualifications
Previous work experience in Sales and / or Instore Operations
Knowledge of Spanish Retail landscape
Executional Excellence Mindset
Previous work experience or certification in Database applications such as Excel or PBI
Superior Collaboration and Influencing Capabilities
Competent analytical skills
Spanish as Native and English B2 or plus
