Partner & Lead IT Recruitment Senior Consultant en Q-tech (Working 100% remotely )Our Client is an innovative and disruptive SaaS company lead in shopping solutions for luxury retailers. We are actively seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner with a visionary approach and an entrepreneurial mindset, skilled in transforming business objectives into actionable development strategies and product backlogs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in digital product management with a strong ability to use data-driven insights to guide product strategy and execution, demonstrating an ability to lead projects that culminate in products which not only meet market demands but are also beloved by users. Key responsibilities will include crafting strategic roadmaps, prioritizing product features based on business value, and leveraging agile methodologies to drive product development forward. The role demands a keen analytical mind, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the balance between user needs and business goals. Objectives of This Role:Drive strategies to build best-in-class digital productsFormulate a clear product vision for both immediate and future horizons and translate this into a tangible strategy. Spot and seize opportunities to introduce new features or enhance existing functionalities. Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Work closely with product, tech and business teams to create and maintain product backlog. Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project managementResponsibilities:Collaborate with the CTO and their team to oversee the roadmap and backlog for all digital products. Draft comprehensive product feature specifications and confirm their comprehension by all relevant teams. Organize and prioritize product development and the backlog of product features. Join forces with the Tech and Product team to pinpoint essential capabilities and anticipate potential challenges. Coordinate with product marketing to craft distinct positioning and messaging, ensuring our products stand out from the competition. Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvementMitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goalsUtilize data analytics for guiding feature prioritization and enhancement decisions. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product strategy and identify areas for improvement. Partner with data scientists and analysts to infuse advanced analytics into product features, enhancing user experiences. Required skills and qualifications:Three to five years of experience in digital product management or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project managementSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of business value related to features and functionsExperience in usability and customer-focused designPassion for building great products to solve customer and business problemsFocused on achievement and excellence, with a history of delivering well-crafted products. Creativity and attention to detail with a keen sense of aesthetics. Strong proficiency in using data insights and analytics to influence product direction. Hands-on experience with key analytics platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau) for data interpretation and decision-making.
