Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets Sales you will be responsible for originating and completing mandates across the entire spectrum of Debt Capital Markets as well as Loan Finance transactions globally. You will also have the opportunity to work on cross product transactions leveraging Apex's global fund, financial and corporate services offering.




We are looking for a person who enjoys working within an innovative minded
environment. Whilst Sales/Business Development experience are a plus we are open to candidates with networks built from other functional roles whereby connections in Real Estate would be desirable.
The role will include:
Developing relationships with market players who are involved in debt finance transactions that require administrative services such as the set up and management of SPVs, loan & other agency services
Originating, solutioning and executing new transactions
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and partnering with sales colleagues in initial services scoping to fully appreciate client requirements on new opportunities
Preparation and presentation of deal documentation for internal committees




Defining a sales strategy and engagement plan to grow Apex's business profile across key markets and products
Periodic reporting on KPIs
Attending relevant industry events
Desirable skills, expertise and experience:
Relevant experience in the financial services industry with an existing network
Experience with any of SPV administration, Loan Agency, Structured finance/credit, Securitisations/ABS, Bonds
Comfortable with simultaneously working on a variety of mandates coordinating multiple product lines under tight delivery deadlines
Client centric with an eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve
Willing to navigate and cross-sell the extensive wider Apex single-source solution
