The Sales Enablement Community Manager will work in close collaboration with the Global Sales domain team and Sales Process owners to make sure the communities are aligned with the strategy to ensure the Network of excellence processes and structure are in place in their scope, The community manager will be the SPOC for the community members identified in all countries/ Entities.Main expectations from this role:Ensure Community Development, Animation and Support: Community Manager will manage, animate, and support the Sales CommunityProvide regular communication to countries/entities through webinars and collaboration tools (Yammer, calls, best practices)Be the SPOC for your Community and act as a knowledgeable and legitimate partner on all related processesStay close to all Program/Projects stakeholders to understand the points that needs to be cascaded down to the countries/entities.Voice your community feedbacks and needs to the relevant parties in Business and Digital.Support the deployment of any new functionalities within the processProvide Level 3 Support to your Champions & CommunityMake sure the overall Sales community schedule is met (Monthly calls, Release Communication, etc.) with quality, involvement of Process Owners and appropriate DCR Digital Team membersAs Community Manager you will manage, animate, and support the Sales Super Champions’ network with the overall objective to boost adoption of the processes and solutionsMake sure the Super Champions are correctly identified in countries/entities and provide support to local teams to implement the most efficient local Sales OrganizationBoost interaction within countries/entities Super Champions to share best practices and promote the teamworkArticulate the identification, planning and execution of the Change & Communication Strategy of the assigned tools, project, or initiatives.Execute Communication plans, including content creation, asset production (ppts, videos, infographics, etc.), channel strategy & delivery.Produce and deliver communication packages to ease local deployment and adoption of the assigned tools, project, or initiatives.Articulate all the Communications plans based on project deliveries & Release contentKPIs follow up and action plans: Measure the reach of the communication delivered and implement improvement actions, when applies.Execute Change Management strategy and adapt the change management it to country contextSupport country leadership in execution of change management activitiesGlobal Training management:Ensure process evolution & new functionalities from releases and projects are integrated inside Global Training Decks, (leveraging MLL team)Answer any training needs within the community (refresh sessions, videos, best practices...) What qualifications will make you successful?Bachelor / Master’s degrees in business / Marketing or its equivalentLeadership with a strong ability to drive peopleStakeholder Management: Ability to influence various stakeholders, build alignment.Ability to influence & convince, and foster cooperation in matrix and dynamic environment.Exceptional Communication Skills- Strong communication and organizational skills required to collaborate with stakeholders all over the world.Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a “virtual” modePrevious Experience in Communication, Digital Transformation, Change Management required.Languages: Fluent English (Written and Spoken)Experience domains: Communication, Change Management, Graphic Design, Digital, Project Management.Fluent in Office 365 package, Content Management and Collaboration tools: cloud storage, business networking.Skills in video production & editing and graphic designInnovative, autonomous, curious, flexible and a strong team spiritMotivated and passionate about Digital & IT.Required skills:Ownership with a strong ability to driveInnovative, autonomous, curious and a strong team spiritStrong communication in international contextExcellent organizational skills required Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a “virtual” modeMotivated and passionate about Digital Why us?Schneider Electric is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation.
