Your benefits: - Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 - Competitive salary -Friends hunting (referral) bonus -Great office location in Barcelona -Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on -Career development program and specialized courses What you'll experience with us As an Inside Sales Representative in our team, you will: - Utilize Microsoft Dynamics, make calls, video conference via Microsoft Teams, outbound contacts and email to generate new sales - Use a consultative approach, Identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services - Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers to close the sale - Set up meetings or calls with customers - Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results - Execute and achieve sales quota and targets - Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline We'll be a great match if you have: - A bilingual or proficient level of French and advanced in English - Minimum two years of experience in B2B sales (if you have more or less, also welcome), with a track record of exceeding sales target - Experience selling to executive stakeholders - Strong communication skills via phone and email - Strong tech knowledge - Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills - Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization It would be a plus if you: - Are familiar with finance industry - Have bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience Don't meet every single requirement?
