Office Manager and Sales Coordinator at Christensen Estates Christensen Estates is an international Real Estate agency based in Malaga and covering the Costa del Sol region. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Sales Coordinator to complete an international team that is passionate about Real Estate and the Costa del Sol region. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in the Real Estate Property market and he/she will perform daily office operations, process listing and sales contracts, create basic marketing materials and file & maintain client data in support of the real estate agents. Also, he/she will be responsible for property listings and updates and perform a variety of administrative duties to provide support to agents, customers and business partners. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Málaga Salary: 19.000€ - 23.000€ Start Date: April or May 2024 Language: English and Spanish required. Good knowledge of other languages is a plus (Danish or one of the Scandinavian languages is a big plus) Systems: Proficient in MS Office software Word / PowerPoint / Excel and Google Suite required Experience with Resale Online, Real Estate Portals and CRM systems is a plus Responsibilities: Assisting with the management of properties, clients and Christensen Estates’ systems and social media accounts Organize filing systems and help other agents with contracts, such as reservation and private purchase agreements, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information & documentation needed at the notary's office Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment Receiving, processing and posting listings to different Portals Publishing company’s newsletter Coordinate with Christensen Estates’ business partners based on our clients’ unique needs (e.g. lawyers, architects, builders, etc..) Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Helping Christensen Estates' real estates agents with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly Helping Christensen Estates' real estates agents in home staging exclusive properties Skills & Experience: Excellent communication and organization skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently Prioritize, work with deadlines and perform multiple tasks to complete job functions in an orderly, efficient manner Real estate background is a big plus Strong writing skills, in English and Spanish Please send us your CV and covering letter.
