Role Overview

Are you an experienced Field Sales Regional Manager or an exceptionally strong Field Sales Manager looking for the next step in your career? Do you want to work directly for one of Ireland’s leading sales employers? Are you a natural leader with a great attitude? The role of Regional Field Sales Manager is crucial to the smooth running of our direct sales division and the person in that role is fundamental to its success.

Job Description

Leadership

  • Leading a team of Field Sales Managers
  • Providing direction to the FSM’s and their teams
  • Motivating your teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Designing initiatives to drive performance on a regular basis
  • Facilitating our Sector Way Academy training sessions
  • Embedding a culture aligned with our core values

Business & Strategy

  • Defining and developing your regional strategy in-line with overall organisational strategy
  • Delivering business critical KPI’s in the following areas:
  • Resourcing and recruitment levels
  • Working closing with the National Sales Director and senior management team
  • Reporting daily and weekly with your regional stats

Person Specification

  • Experience of management within Field Sales
  • Very strong leadership experience
  • Tonnes of charisma and a vibrant personality
  • Strong work-ethic
  • Very reliable with the ability to work autonomously
  • Goal focused and driven to deliver results
