The Opportunity This position will be located in any location in the North of Spain and its for our Cardiac Rhithm Management (CRM) division. Our business purpose is keeping your heart healthy with medical technologies that help you and your doctor better manage your health with pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators and resynchronization devices to control abnormal heart rhythms, and smartphone-compatible devices and insertable cardiac monitors to keep patients connected to their healthcare providersAs a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll contribute to company annual business plan by achieving his/her personal objectives (Sales, marketing, scrap, etc. ) which were defined by the company and to depth understanding of our product lines and support management in the formulation of sales strategies and goals. What You’ll Do Servicing the current customer base, increasing sales within that base and establishing new accounts. Responsible dealing with customer complaints. Manage his/her sales team. Manage the subordinates by Quarterly Objectives. Supervise information from Sales Representative and report to Customer Service. Supervise inventories of products in hospitals. Assist his/her manager to build the yearly Operating Plan. Carry out market prospection. Implement comprehensive plans to increase market penetration in his/her area. To co-travel with the Sales Representatives and identify needs for improvement. To manage the sales force to above plan performance and within the operating expense budget. To prepare all reports required by the Managing Director/Business ManagerIdentify potential spokespersons. Maintain a plan of regular visits to the customers, in order to identify and chase his needs, establishing a good relationship with him. Maintain through knowledge/awareness of competitive products. To identify training's needs and provide training programs (to both internal and external customers) to optimize the selling process. To empower the sales force and built and establish a team spirit. Give support to other areas if it’s necessary. To conduct annual performance appraisals for direct reports. Responsible for economical offers and public tenders. To ensure that all EMEA current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed. This position is in contact with customers. Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity. To report and keep his/her immediate Manager inform about his/her business progress and assisting him/her to be able to build the yearly operating plan. Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies with respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting. Proactively plan their weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels in your country/division. Required QualificationsUniversity Degree (preferable)High English levelMedical background (preferable). Information System knowledge (Microsoft Office). Preferred QualificationsNatural abilities (team player, stress resistant, discretion, good communicator, etc. )Professional image. Team player.
