Empresas: JCI JCI is recruiting a Sales & Revenue Manager for a hospitality company based in Valencia. We are seeking a professional with experience in both sales and revenue to join our reputable company with an expanding hospitality division. The selected candidate will enjoy ample opportunities for growth within the organization. Main Responsibilities: - Define and implement the global commercial strategy. - Utilize data, tools, and strategies to maximize the profitability and efficiency of sales activities, including pricing, promotions, distribution, contracts, and customer segmentation. - Define and implement pricing strategy for each type of room. - Develop and execute the Digital Marketing strategy. - Develop and execute promotional strategies for special dates and seasons. - Plan and execute Ads and SEM campaigns. - Manage daily rates, non-refundable reservations, minimum stays, and other actions to maximize revenue. - Analyze market trends and monitor competition. - Define the company's positioning in the market. - Monitor online reputation and respond appropriately to client comments. - Prospect the market to identify new clients and strategic alliances. - Lead the entire sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, contracts, and agreements, as well as follow-up with clients. - Represent the company at trade shows and other events to promote its services. Requisitos We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and revenue areas within the hotel sector. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional, with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail. Having a good level of English is essential.
