Account Manager (Intern)

Mission : Be the face of Pleez for restaurants and contribute to improve our retention and quality. Key activities  We’re looking for an Intern to join our Account Management team, with an ambition to be part of a startup developing a solution to transform one of the largest industries in the world.  The Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Be the face of Pleez after client acquisition;
• Optimize and implement onboarding processes for restaurants;
• Track and report on operational performance, and also clients feedback about potencial product improvements.

We help restaurants through our platform that aggregates and uses delivery data to improve restaurant management on Delivery Platforms. We provide competitors data that restaurants don’t have, machine learning backed recommendations for restaurants to improve their delivery offering (pricing, promos, menu composition..) and AI-powered features, like delivery menu pictures / dish description creation. With Pleez, restaurants have their delivery channels on auto-pilot. Now, they just need to focus on cooking.
