Codebeamer is an agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution for distributed development. It helps users streamline product innovation processes, enhance product quality, reduce development costs, and maintain compliance with safety-critical standards. Codebeamer is a complete lifecycle management solution with all-in-one requirements, risk, and test management capabilities.

Description of your role

You will act as a Junior Project Manager supporting the Project Manager for the ALM segment.

You will be involved in a number of projects and programs, including the NPI (new product introduction) program, which aims to keep cross-functional teams aligned regarding release readiness for the ALM product launches and to promote interdisciplinary exchange.Additionally, you will be involved in the migration of our latest acquisition to the ptc.com website as well as the integration of marketing tools. Finally, the organization of smaller and larger virtual and in-person customer events could fall under your main areas of responsibility.

Example Assignments

  • Help with setting up project plans
  • Support in the organization and execution of project team meetings, including participation in the creation of the agenda, presentation, and follow-up, writing of meeting minutes, recording meetings, and monitoring of open items
  • C reation and management of various project and leadership review documents and emails
  • Setting up new workspaces in Smartsheet and monitoring open questions and requests
  • Help with the organization and execution of large and small customer events
  • Ad hoc support where needed

Basic qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in project management or in business with coursework in marketing and or project management
  • Able to communicate persuasively and precisely - excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software environment with a drive to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and aggressive high-growth environment
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and Smartsheet.
