· Assist in the recruitment process, screen resumes and application forms and coordinate with job applicants
· Assist new team members with their orientation day and with the documents required and introduce them to their work environment
· Create and post job positions in different job portals.
· Assist in the management of internal communication.
· Follow-up of team training
· Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
· Update internal databases with new employee information
· Other related duties in the HR department .
Work Experience· Hospitality or Human Resources education
· Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members
· Proactive, enthusiastic and attentive to detail work attitude
· Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages
· You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn
· Available for at least 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
