Accounts Receivable Trainee

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Trainee to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge

As an Accounts Receivable Trainee, you will:

-Assisting with timely and accurate customer invoicing and supporting the collection of payments from our clients.
-Effectively communicating with customers to help resolve payment issues and ensure timely payments.
-Collaborating with other Seedtag departments to improve processes and address payment-related challenges.
-Monitoring A/R metrics, particularly focusing on Aging and DSO, and contributing to improvements.
-Supporting the development and implementation of A/R policies while ensuring adequate controls.
-Contributing to the automation and improvement of A/R processes.
-Engaging in daily interactions with Spanish-speaking clients in an international environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

-You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
-You have some experience or academic exposure to Accounts Receivable or Accounting, preferably in a dynamic, international setting.
-You possess an international and multicultural mindset and are eager to work with global teams and clients.
-You are proactive, open to learning, and unafraid to propose new ideas and improvements.
