AI Operations Fellow

Forget everything you know about internships. This is a high-intensity, 6-month paid fellowship in Madrid designed for builders, not observers. We are looking for 5 AI Operations Fellows to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior leaders. Your mission? To dismantle manual workflows and rebuild them using AI and no-code tools. This is a direct track to a full-time career for operators who prioritize speed, automation, and tangible results over slide decks and bureaucracy.

Tareas

• Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using a mix of AI and no-code tools.
• Deploy AI agents and custom solutions using Claude, OpenAI, and other frontier models.
• Act as an internal 'AI strike-team' to solve high-impact business challenges across Sales, Product, and Ops.
• Move from 'idea' to 'prototype' in days, iterating fast and shipping real-world automation.

Requisitos

• High energy and a 'figure it out' mindset with zero ego.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, Lovable, etc.) and advanced prompting.
• Basic understanding of no-code/low-code environments like Zapier, Make, or Retool.
• A bias for action—we value what you can build over your degree or previous brand names.
• Ability to work in-person in Madrid, Spain.
