Sales Order entry Handling customers communication Proactive follow up of Shipments to MENA & TR Region. Tracking of open Shipments with Firmenich Freight Forwarders (Sea and Air). Preparation of Export Documents for the assigned markets. Processing requests for information / quotation Advising CSX on Logistic matters Creation of Claims and its follow up with QN Coordinator Incoterm handling Creation of Reports (Event Manager) We bring A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers. Graduated in Business studies, Foreign Trades, International Logistics or Economics. Advanced level of English. Curious, responsible and willing to learn.
