Apprentice RA Doc P\u0026B\n\nLocation: Barcelona, Spain\n\nYour key responsibilities \n\u2022 Provide support to the Perfumery and Beauty Documentation team (administrative and technical); \n\u2022 Follow Standard Operational Procedures; \n\u2022 Daily review, distribution, coordination and follow-up of requests and tasks to the team; \n\u2022 Guarantee documentation templates, internal material and folders are up to date; \n\u2022 Prepare standard documents and basic questionnaires for worldwide customers; \n\u2022 Use different internal software systems and Microsoft Office for daily work.\n\nYou bring \n\u2022 Recent graduate in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or another related scientific field. Administration, Data and Documents Management will also be taken into account; \n\u2022 High level of English and Spanish. \n\u2022 Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools); \n\u2022 Great communication, fast-learning and trust-building skills; \n\u2022 Organized, service and data oriented person with sharp attention to detail; \n\u2022 Strong sense of team spirit;\n
