About the Role  

At Ogilvy, we are seeking for an internship within the Account Management department of our agency. If you are interested in gaining first-hand experience of working in an advertising agency, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do 

• Contribution to the analysis of the client's marketing strategy.


• Collaborate on receiving the brief and gathering the necessary information to initiate the advertising process.


• Assist in drafting the internal brief, outlining key guidelines for each department involved in the campaign.


• Provide support in managing and monitoring the campaign, liaising with managers from other departments.


• Assist in coordinating teams involved in the process, ensuring supervision and control to keep everything aligned with agreed plans.


• Act as a liaison between the advertiser and the creative team.


• Collaborate on managing the financial aspects of assigned accounts, particularly concerning budgets, expenses, invoicing, payment deadlines, and profitability.


• Contribute to research activities, draft work and results reports, analyze campaign impact, and coordinate budgets and timelines.


• Participate in results analysis and client retention initiatives.

What You’ll Need

• A high level of English, approximately C1


• Ability to secure an internship agreement with a university/school


• Currently studying Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related Master's program.

Conditions:

• Duration: 6 months


• Hours: 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM


• Study allowance: €300 net per month


• Immediate start
