JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Content Manager Intern to join Lateral Thinking’s Content team.

In this role, you will support both New Business proposals and the management of Content and Social Media accounts across digital and experiential projects.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital communication, social media and content creation, with a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the day-to-day management of Content and Social Media accounts and projects.
* Collaborate on New Business proposals and client presentations.
* Assist in content creation and production.
* Develop digital content proposals for campaigns, activations and events.
* Adapt content to different platforms, formats and channels.
* Support editorial planning and content calendar management.
* Assist with copywriting for social media.
* Support content publishing and Community Management activities.
* Assist in planning, recording and editing content for Reels and TikTok.
* Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Design and Production teams.
* Support coordination with clients, freelancers and external collaborators.
* Monitor performance and assist in preparing reports.
* Review files and content before delivery to ensure quality and avoid errors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Studies in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Social Media or a related field.
* Interest in digital content creation and production.
* Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
* Ability to contribute to creative content proposals.
* Interest in transforming experiential projects into engaging digital content.
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop or CapCut.
* Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Drive, email and project management platforms.
* Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
* Organized, proactive and detail-oriented profile with a willingness to learn.
* Interest in digital trends, content formats and platform best practices.
* Professional proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
* Good working level of English.
