About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated CRM & Media Buying Intern to join our performance team.
You’ll learn how to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns while supporting CRM and marketing automation projects.
This is a hands-on internship where creativity meets data, perfect for someone eager to grow in performance marketing.
Your Missions
- Support the development of digital marketing strategies in collaboration with your manager.
- Implement and manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
- Participate in CRM and email marketing operations (campaign setup, HTML adjustments, testing, reporting).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and propose optimizations.
- Apply a “test & learn” approach: formulate hypotheses, test, and share insights.
- Conduct ongoing market and trend research on digital acquisition and CRM best practices.
- Collaborate closely with creative, sales, account management, and tech teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
