Culinary Internship - Pool House Barcelona

Barcelona Pool House

Located on Avenida Tibidabo, our third pool house in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18m outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space.

The main objective is to rotate through the different sections of the kitchen.

·Prepare the orders at the salad station.

·Prepare the orders at the hot station.

·Prepare the orders of the cold station.

·Maintaining the areas clean and organized.

·Opening kitchen procedures.

·Closing kitchen procedures.

·Receiving and storing the foods and products.

·Health & safety procedures.

·Allergy procedures.
