Foundever is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join the baggage services department of a well-known international airline.
This role is a great opportunity for candidates interested in the aviation sector, looking to gain experience in an international environment and relocate to southern Spain.
Your responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls related to baggage management and tracking
• Provide clear, empathetic and solution-oriented support to passengers
• Accurately register customer information in internal systems
• Ensure a professional service aligned with airline quality standards
What we offer
• Initial fixed-term contract of 4 months, with real possibilities of extension
• 30 hours per week, with the option to increase hours depending on service needs
• Salary: €1,216.57 gross per month (language bonus included)
• Onsite position in Seville (Los Remedios)
- Possibility to move to a hybrid model after the learning curve
• Structured and fully paid training (24 days)
• Start date: 29 June 2026
Working hours
• Afternoon shifts: 15:00–21:00 or 16:00–22:00
• 5 working days per week, Monday to Sunday
• Alternating weekends off
Requirements
• Advanced or bilingual Italian (minimum C1)
• Advanced or bilingual Spanish (minimum C1)
• Confident use of IT tools
• Residence in Seville or willingness to relocate
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required
