Descripción del trabajo - Customer Support Internship

Accelerate the evolution of brain science and technology by delivering advanced solutions to help end patients suffering from brain pathologies; and our Mission. Revolutionize the understanding of the brain through new personalized neuromodulation therapies, anywhere and at any time.We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Customer Support team. 
  • Support to resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Support in resolving product or service problems by actively testing medical devices.
  • Maintaining close contact with the R&D team to identify and resolve sources of errors.
  • Supporting inverse logistics operations by fulfilling internal forms and managing product returns and replacements.
  • Support in validating software updates and hardware.
  • Generate statistics and reports on support issues.
  • Oral and written communication in English.
  • Knowledge of biological signals is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer issues effectively.
  • A keen interest in technology, particularly in medical devices and software.
  • Passionate about making a difference, gifted with a can-do attitude, proactive.
  • Reliable, Responsible, and Respectful.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment.
  • Team player, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Committed to quality.
