Data & Operations Analyst Intern

You will greatly support our growth, as you'll assist in making better decisions by transforming raw data into actionable insights. We have a significant amount of data to explore and are seeking a sharp individual who can ask the right questions to help connect the dots.

You will be working directly with our Head of Operations to:

• Support daily operations by creating and nurturing data frameworks to improve execution and visibility

• Leverage data to provide recommendations to management on operational decisions

• Optimize internal processes to boost growth & profitability

• Ensure the maintenance of internal reporting across different departments (Customer Support, Operations, Sales, Marketing)

• Drive ad-hoc projects related to the launch of new activities and/or features
