We’re looking for a passionate intern to join our Marketing & Communications team. If you’re currently studying a master’s in Digital Marketing, Analytics or Data Science and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech environment, this 6-month internship starting ideally in May 2025 is for you.

At Capitole, we value data-driven thinking, innovation, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to support decision-making through data analysis and reporting — and become a key part of our growth journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship, ideally starting May 2025.
• Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and familiar with web traffic analysis.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Comfortable working with SQL for basic data querying and organization.
• Understanding of SEO principles and related analytics tools.
• Languages: English Native - C1 / Spanish at least B2

Desired experience:

• Social media analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Metricool).
• Working with large datasets, and presenting data clearly.

💪 What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media Analytics: Track and analyze performance on platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube using tools such as Google Analytics, Metricool, Tableau, or Power BI.

Content Strategy Optimization: Use insights from marketing data to help define and refine our content strategy.

SEO & Website Performance: Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversions with Google Analytics.

Data Management & Insights: Manage and query datasets using SQL, and assist with campaign performance tracking.

Reporting & Dashboards: Create insightful reports and visual dashboards for internal stakeholders and presentations.
