You will support Business Support Team by providing high\u2011quality administrative assistance to help the team meet its commitments efficiently. You will work with autonomy, following general guidelines and prioritizing tasks according to internal policies and procedures.\n\n \n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\n\n \n\nIn this role, you will closely collaborate with the Iberia Business Support team on activities such as:\n\n * Managing interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in the Engage HCP process.\n * Coordinating and supporting the logistics of events and meetings, both on\u2011site and off\u2011site.\n * Providing general administrative and marketing support.\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat Are We Looking For In You?\n\n \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in in Administration, Compliance, Law, Languages, Tourism, or similar fields, with an interest in developing within an international company.\n * Any short previous experience in service\u2011oriented support roles will be considered a plus.\n * Fluent Spanish and English (B2 level or above).\n * Strong organizational skills \u0026 Attention to detail.\n * Customer\u2011service orientation.\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).\n * Experience in meeting or event planning is valued.\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat We Can Offer To You:\n\n \n\n * Defined-term contract (12 months) with competitive salary and company benefits.\n * Support in developing your skills and expertise in various area.\n * A solid onboarding and development plan.\n * Regular coaching and development feedback and supporting performance review.\n * An inclusive culture.\n * Strong team spirit and collaboration.\n\n\n\n \n\nLocation: in our Madrid Offices, on a hybrid work mode schedule.\n\nStart date: June 2026\n\n \n\nBoston Scientific is an equal employment opportunity employer.
