What You´ll Do

• Assist in welcoming visitors, candidates, and new hires, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
• Help manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications.
• Keep reception and common areas organized, functional, and ready for daily operations.
• Support the coordination of meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
• Assist with travel logistics such as flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and transportation coordination.
• Help organize internal activities and small events like team breakfasts, birthdays, and special occasions in collaboration with HR.
• Support onboarding processes by preparing welcome kits and coordinating with IT and facilities.
• Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and support compliance with internal policies.

What You’ll Need

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with basic office tools and digital systems
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn by doing
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment
