The Opportunity

Role: Global Pricing Graduate

Location: Barcelona (Puig Torre 1)

Mission: Join our Commercial team and play a key role in shaping global pricing strategy within the beauty and fashion industry. In this role reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing strategies across brands, segments, and product categories. You’ll collaborate closely with international markets to drive top-line growth and ensure a consistent, competitive global portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Annual price: Support brands pricing strategy definition & Build on guidelines summarizing it

• Global-to-local pricing: Monitor performance and position of Puig products in local markets to define price increases internationally

• New products: Analyze competitive benchmarks to recommend novelties pricing

What You'll Get To Do:

• Analyze market dynamics to understand competition performances by products category and segment and price evolution; as well as retailer promotions, Benchmark of novelties


• Integrate local specifics, competitive landscape, performance trends, and macroeconomic factors (inflation, exchange rate, etc.) in pricing definition to ensure coherent pricing across regions


• Prepare and maintain price lists, ensuring accurate implementation in system and clear communication with global teams


• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development

We'd Love To Meet You If You Have

• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Languages: Spanish, English (professional proficiency C1)

• Experience in analytical role with intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS). Power BI would be a plus

• Key competencies: Curiosity, strong analytical & business mindset, attention to detail, rigor, results oriented, strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, conceptual thinking and motivation to growth in a multinational environment
