GLOBALS CRM & Automation Systems Manager ( International Internship )

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  


• Experience in CRM management and automation platforms, specifically Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting (not mandatory).
  


• Demonstrated experience and interest in data standardization, process automation, and systems optimization.
  


• Knowledge of automation tools and principles, with familiarity in workflows across CRM, ERP, and integration platforms.
  


• Solid understanding of data governance, data cleaning, and data migration practices.
  


• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  


• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process efficiency and scalability solutions.
  


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  


• Familiarity with API integration and data synchronization tools is a plus.
  


• Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  


• Proactive attitude with a strong inclination to innovate and improve existing systems and workflows.
