About the role 💼

As a Graphic Design Intern at Flanks, your primary responsibility will be to create visually engaging and on-brand designs across a variety of digital and print channels. You will support the marketing team by producing assets for social media, presentations, email campaigns, videos, and landing pages, while also contributing to print materials such as event branding and merchandising. As a key member of the creative process, you will help maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints. Through collaboration and creative input, you will play an essential role in shaping the visual direction of our marketing efforts.

What you'll do 🛠️

Here’s what you can expect to work on: 

• Design and produce visually engaging, on-brand digital assets for a variety of channels, including social media (Linkedin & Youtube), presentations/decks, blog content, email campaigns, video materials and landing pages.


• Support the creation of print materials such as event branding, merchandising, brochures, and other offline collateral.


• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by collaborating closely with the marketing team and acting as Flanks visual brand guardian—updating and evolving brand assets as needed.


• Contribute to creative ideation, participating in brainstorming sessions and helping shape the visual direction of new marketing campaigns.


• Maintain and develop brand identity assets, ensuring the brand remains fresh, coherent, and adaptable across internal and external communications.

What we'd love to see 😍

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field at a design school in Barcelona.


• Previous experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a fast-paced environment (agency, tech, startup, or B2B preferred).


• Solid portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across digital and print formats.


• High proficiency in Figma and Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.


• Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment 🗣️.
