HR Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated People Intern to join our HR team and support a wide range of HR processes across People Operations, HR Administration, Reporting, and People Development. This internship provides hands-on exposure in an international environment, offering the opportunity to work closely with HRBPs and global HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding tasks, documentation and preparations.
• Support employee queries related to HR operations.
• Prepare and update recurring HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Maintain HR System inputs, and employee records.
• Update org charts.
• Draft, review and track employment contracts, amendments, and internship agreements.
• Support digital file management and archiving.
• Support data collection and validation before payroll cut-off.
• Assist with benefits documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support the creation, follow-up, and tracking of purchase orders.
• Support global people development, engagement, and learning programs.
• Participate in HR process improvement initiatives.

• Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, Labour Relations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Power BI is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
