In liaison with the HR Generalist, you will:

• Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department. 
•  HR support in a wide range of activities
• Personnel administration, administrative recurrent documentation, suppliers, approval processes, etc. 
•  Analysis of information and production of different standard and ad hoc reports. 
•  Create and analyze dashboards. 
•  Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally. 
• Local development of relationships with schools and universities
• Support  and participation in job fairs logistics
• Eventually support the management of resources and even general affairs. 
•  Support in internal communication processes related to HR
• Support with the HRMS system

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? ​

•  Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR or equivalent background
•  Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal as well as in writing, Mandarin is a plus
•  You have good MS Office skills
• Need to be careful, patient, and responsible to do daily operational work
•  You have the motivation to actively participate and contribute your knowledge
