Tus principales objetivos serán los siguientes:

• Apoyar al equipo global de Organization&Development en actividades que involucren la gestión del cambio dentro de la organización.
• Dar soporte en el análisis de datos para ayudar en la toma de decisiones en proyectos del área.
• Ayudar en la traducción del diseño organizacional y seguimiento con precisión de los datos.
• Contribuir a garantizar el aterrizaje adecuado del diseño organizacional de nuestras áreas y sus ajustes a través de actividades sólidas relacionadas con la gestión del cambio.

No dudes en aplicar si....

• Puedes incorporarte a partir de junio a jornada completa para 6 meses, prorrogables a 1 año.
• Estas cursando o has cursado el grado de ADE, International Business, o similar.
• Tienes capacidad analítica y habilidades comunicativas
• Nivel de inglés B2-C1 
• Tu nivel de excel es intermedio
• Y sobre todo... tienes muchas ganas de aprender en una multinacional como Danone

Your main objectives will be as follows:

• Support the global Organizational&Development team with change management activities to ensure sustainable change and data management.
• Provide and analyze data for decision-making.
• Assist in translating organizational design and accurately tracking data.
• Contribute to ensuring the proper landing of One DBS organizational design and its adjustments through solid change management-related activities.

Don't hesitate to apply if...

• You are current studing or have completed a degree in ADE, CTA, Technical Engineering, Business, or similar.
• You have analytical capacity.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.
• Your Excel level is high.
