Our Innovation and Account Management team is a key pillar of the company's growth, and we ensure that our innovation always goes hand-in-hand with our clients' needs.
As an Intern and the newest member of the team, you will be at the heart of creating, validating, and expanding new solutions. You won't just be here to brainstorm: you’ll be here to make sure what we build works in the real world, ensuring our clients extract maximum value from it. Additionally, you will be an active part of the daily life of our Madrid office, supporting the Account Management and Sales teams in various initiatives.
Innovation & New Verticals
Explore and Launch: Analyze market needs, detect opportunities in the healthcare sector, and launch pilots directly in real healthcare centers.
Validation and Onboarding: Lead training and deployments of new tools (Livo Internal, Livo Offers, new verticals, etc.) with end-users in their actual work environments.
Feedback Loop: Gather insights from daily usage and work hand-in-hand with founders, product, and sales to iterate and improve our solutions.
Account Management & Sales Support
Proactive Account Management: Act as the link between Livo and the client, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term relationships of trust with hospital groups, social-health centers, and other care facilities.
Commercial Support: Collaborate with the Sales and AM teams on key daily tasks (preparing proposals, account follow-ups, opportunity analysis, and client visits).
Operational Support (Madrid Office): Assist in various cross-functional initiatives with a "hands-on" mentality and a focus on getting things done.
A super proactive individual with a "make it happen" mindset.
Brutal curiosity and great communication skills: you enjoy talking to clients, visiting centers, and pitching new ideas.
The ability to execute in ambiguous environments and take on real responsibilities with clients.
No prior experience is required, but you must have a strong desire to sit at the intersection of product, innovation, and sales.
