At Pluxee, we are building the next generation of employee benefits through technology, data, and operational excellence.

You will join the Marketplace team, a department that manages the strategy, operations and scalability of the vast majority of the products offered by Pluxee, with a particular focus on health insurance products.

As an Insurance Operations Trainee, you will support key initiatives to make our business more scalable, efficient, and data-driven.

This is an ideal opportunity for final-year students who want to start their career in business roles, applying structured thinking and problem-solving skills to real operational challenges in a fast-growing tech environment.

From day one, you will colaborate on real projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs) in day-to-day marketplace operations

• Help identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in operational workflows

• Assist in building reports and dashboards to track key metrics

• Collaborate with different teams (Operations, Product, Customer, Finance) on cross-functional initiatives

• Support to process improvement projects and operational optimization

• Support data analysis to generate insights for decision-making

Education

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering or similar

Experience

• Previous internships or academic projects involving data analysis or problem-solving are a plus

Languages

• English: professional proficiency

• Spanish: native or professional proficiency

You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with a multidisciplinary team across business, product, and data.

📍 Location

Madrid (hybrid model)

Essential:

• Ability to sign a collaboration agreement to carry out internships with a University/School
• Duration of the internship: Minimum duration 6 months.
