We're looking for students eager to learn and contribute across internal communications, employer branding, recruitment support, onboarding, and talent development within a dynamic and people-focused team.
 

What will you see in your internship?

1) Support in the coordination and execution of internal communication campaigns and events.
2) Support in the creation of content for internal channels and presentations.
3) Support in the creation, design, and publication of Employer
4) Branding content to enhance Pluxee's EVP on social media and internal channels.
5) Support in the organization of initiatives of our Wellness Program.
6) Support in the preparation and analysis of satisfaction and engagement surveys, including follow-up and action plans.
7) Collaboration in the monthly analysis of KPIS.
8) Training programs: Collaborate in the organization, communication, execution as well as monitoring training programs and workshops.
9) Talent management processes: Support in the organization, monitoring of people processes in the talent area.
10) Recruitment Support in early stages of internal recruitment processes.
11) Onboarding: Support in the coordination of new joiners onboarding (Onboarding schedule and organization, welcome pack, communication)

Education Requirements:
Opportunity to sign a collaboration agreement for company internships.
Interest in the People area (Internal Communications and Talent).
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word: Fluent.
Knowledge of Canva is desirable.


Languages:
Spanish: Native.

English: Fluent.
