Your Main Responsibilities

🎯 Business Development & Prospecting

  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities.
  • Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy).
  • Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria.

📞 Client Engagement & Follow-Up

  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings.
  • Understand prospects' needs and challenges.
  • Demonstrate the added value of our services.

🤝 Collaboration & Opportunity Handoff

  • Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch.
  • Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs.

  1. Phone Interview with Alexandre, Talent Acquisition Manager, to get to know us !
  2. Interview with Jérémy, Head Of BDR, to get to know you !
  3. Interview with Jérémy and a member of the team, to evaluate your skills !
  4. Reference Check & Job Offer.

Your Profile

👤 Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job).
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

🧠 Personal Qualities

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Active listening and proactive mindset.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships.
