This Position reports to:

Order Management Lead


 

Internship: 

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

  • Sales Order Management: Order Entry – Order management via SAP-OCR Esker-SFDC

  • Understanding and supporting order entry and order management tasks, including sales order entry and management

  • Managing modifications and cancellations of customer orders

  • You will learn about other management tasks such as Order Portfolio Control (reviewing and reconciling data between systems (ES SAP/ITRDC SAP)

  • Once you have practical experience in the processes, we will involve you in process improvement support activities using ABB AI tools.

Qualifications for the Role 

  • Education: Preferably a vocational training qualification in administrative matters

  • Languages: Spanish (very high)–English (intermediate/high level desirable)

  • Additional knowledge: MS Office tools, knowledge of using AI tools
