As part of this growth, we are looking for a Data-Driven Performance Creative & Media Buyer Intern to join our Paid Social team.
Your MissionYou will be at the core of our growth engine:
produce, test, analyze, and scale.
This is not about “creating content.”
This is about driving measurable performance.
Creative Production (Volume & Impact)
- Produce 100+ ads per month using Canva, CapCut, Midjourney, and AI tools
- Develop multiple hooks, angles, scripts, UGC formats, and short-form creatives
- Adapt creatives for EU / US / CA markets
- Design visuals and videos optimized for conversion (lead gen mindset)
- Rapidly test new creative concepts every week
Media Buying & Optimization (Data First)
- Launch and manage campaigns on Facebook & TikTok Ads
- Analyze key KPIs: CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS
- Implement structured A/B testing frameworks
- Identify winning creatives and scale them
- Quickly cut underperforming ads
- Contribute to budget allocation strategy
🕵️ Market Intelligence & Creative Angles
- Analyze competitors using spy tools
- Identify creative and algorithmic trends
- Turn data insights into new scalable angles
- Build a structured database of winning concepts
- Strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising
