Internship: Junior Digital Marketing Specialist (Native German)

At Timup, we are supporting a leading multinational in Retail and E-commerce looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist with native German skills to join their team in Barcelona.

You will provide direct operational support to the Country Manager DACH, assisting with content creation, social media management, SEO and paid campaigns support, as well as translations and cultural adaptations (not just language, but a deep understanding of German culture is essential).

Main Responsibilities

• Create and review digital content in German, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

• Support social media management and paid campaigns for the DACH region.

• Assist with SEO to optimize digital content.

• Perform cultural and linguistic translations to ensure local relevance and market adaptation.

• Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to execute local strategies.

Ideal Profile

• Native German speaker required + good level of English.

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Deep understanding of German culture beyond just the language.

• Passion for digital communication and online marketing.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment.
