If you are in your final year of your University Degree or pursuing a Master's/Postgraduate in areas such as Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, or similar, and you are interested in starting your internship in September 2026, this is your opportunity!

At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are launching the new edition of our 2026 Internship Program, aimed at individuals with enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and a willingness to contribute to our purpose: improving the lives of present and future generations.

What will your day-to-day look like?

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree student in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, IT, Business Technology or related fields. 


• Competencies: Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with a self-driven, proactive mindset. Detail-oriented and structured, with a strong focus on quality, documentation, and problem-solving. Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences, a collaborative team player, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.


• Technical skills: Interest in generative AI and digital tools, command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel, ability to understand business needs and translate them into structured documentation or simple tool configurations and comfortable learning of new platforms and working with low-code/no-code tools will be valued.


• Languages:  Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken). Catalan will be a plus.


• Availability: Start date September 18th 2026, with the possibility to sign a university internship agreement for approximately 12 months.
