INTERNSHIP: Recruitment Specialist French & English (12 months)

The intern will be exposed to the following work though the partnership with the Recruitment Partner – France, Spain and Portugal :

• Take part in the selection process: screen CVs and candidates, manage interview process (schedule interviews, keep track feedback forms)
• Search for candidates using different tools and ways (ex. Internal and external database, social media, professional forums and portals)
• Establish and maintain contacts with identified candidates
• Identify alternative sourcing strategies
• Phone / Skype / Face to face interviews with candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates
• Update the online application tracking system and related recruitment trackers
• Take part in the coordination of the Internship and Graduate programs

• Academic, work experience or exposure to Human Resources and project management
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
