Role Overview
Join our international team in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most dynamic and cosmopolitan cities! As an IT Support Intern, you will assist in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing technical support to employees across multiple locations.
Your main responsibilities will include preparing and configuring PCs, managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and handling support tickets through our helpdesk system.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure, and deploy PCs and peripherals for employees.
- Assist in creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Respond to and resolve user support tickets under supervision.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records in the helpdesk system.
- Optional growth opportunities: Support infrastructure tasks and contribute to IT projects (servers, networking, cloud services).
Requirements
- Academic framework must be clear: Internship agreement with your school or university.
- Availability: Full-time or part-time afternoons.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Active Directory concepts (training provided).
- English level: B2 minimum (international context).
- Strong motivation, curiosity, and proactive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Nice to have: Interest in IT infrastructure and willingness to learn.
- Immigration/relocation: Candidate must clarify eligibility and documentation if applicable.
